The JNR Class ED14 was a Japanese DC electric locomotive operated by the Japanese National Railways and later the Ohmi Railway from 1926 to 1988. The ED14 was an early electric locomotive used on Japan's rail network.

Four locomotives were built in 1926, all by General Electric, which manufactured both the electrical and mechanical equipment for the locomotives. They were originally classified as the Class 1060 and numbered 1060 through 1063, but were reclassified to Class ED14 when a rule regarding the standardization of locomotive names was enacted in 1928. After the conclusion of World War II, the locomotives were relocated to Toyohashi and used on the Iida Line; in 1950, they were relocated to the Senzan Line. The locomotives were replaced by ED17s in 1960, with some of the locomotives lent to the Seibu Railway; ED14 4 was resold to the Ohmi Railway, which was owned by Seibu.

No ED14s have been preserved; prior to this, all four locomotives were preserved at the Ohmi Railway Museum. When the museum closed on 8 December 2018, all locomotives were sent for scrapping from December 2018 to March 2019, with ED14 1 being the last locomotive to get scrapped. For 9 mm Gauge Tracks.
