Lionel standard gauge 42 black single motor engine original. No varnish on this one like the gray one. Actually, the varnish on the gray one looks really cool, but that's me. Underneath, it looks just like the others I have listed...

My best friend Kenny Charlton, known train mechanic in Pennsylvania, he passed away sadly and did not get to go over my engines. Condition, the photos act as description. I will add, the roof I used a damp rag to remove dirt.

You can see that I did remove a small area of dirt/dust and the paint underneath it on the rest of the engine more than likely will match the roof. Only thing I noted was that one side has 2 steps, the other 3. So, remind your engineer before he steps out...
