Lionel Standard Gauge #10 Electric Loco And 3 Passenger Cars In Peacock 1925-29

Outstanding condition Lionel #10 prewar electric loco with a baggage, Pullman and observation car. Other than one small roof blemish and one loose handrail on the engine, this set is in near perfect condition.

It runs well with its Super Motor, hand reverse lever and lighting on the loco and all three cars. The three stars of this set are the near perfect passenger cars compared to other sets I've seen. Please see all pics to verify condition. Please note: Received a message last night that said the sender thinks the engine may have been restored at some point in the last 90+ years because they noticed some rough black paint on the underside of the frame. I have owned this train at least 30 years and it's in the same condition I bought it in.

I have examined it closely again today and can't decide if that information is correct or not. The reason I always post many photos is so potential buyers can assess the condition themselves. I only know for certain that I did not do anything but display this train during the time I owned it.
