Lionel Postwar 1956 Congressional GG1 2360 5 stripe (restriped by Elliot Welz). This is a 1956 congressional Tuscan Red 5 stripe that has been restriped by Elliot Welz at some point in its history (see photo of stamping). It is in good condition for its age and it runs f/n/r lights up as well. Shell looks like it has a small spot of touch up and inside of shell has some oxidation. No battery damage can be seen.
