This is a Lionel 6-8551 O Gauge Pennsylvania "Little Joe" EP-5 Electric Locomotive from 1975-76. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The front horn piece is bent.

This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
