Lionel 380E 429, 430 Locomotive 0-4-0 429 Combination Car 430 Observation Car 19 Tender Gunmetal Standard Gauge 1926-30. The 380E Locomotive and Passenger Cars are Standard Gauge, manufactured from 1926-30. They are dark green, and in good "played-with" condition.
All ladders, piping and hand rails are intact. Includes brass doors, hand rails, lights and connectors.
It shows some corrosion on the undercarriage. The finish is good, with only some slight scratches, and some residual dust and dirt. The locomotive is 13 ΒΌ in length.
It has not been tested. Offered with Lionel Passenger Cars 429 Combination Car and 430 Observation Car. The cars are tin plate, 18 in length, with lighted interior, interior seats, and removable roof. They are dark green with orange window trim and red doors. There are scratches, some rust, and wear. Wheels are intact, and turn freely. Wheels have some rust on the wheels. Observation car rear railing is bent, and needs to be straightened. Please examine the photos, and ask any questions. The trains have been generally well-maintained, and have been in storage since about 1974. The owner's mother individually wrapped each piece, and they remained in careful storage containers until I opened then in 2023. These trains are not garage sale or yard sale finds, but a collection of family heirlooms. Most are prewar, made between 1910 and 1942. Most are Standard (wide) gauge, and some are O Gauge. There are some pieces from the early post-war period.
