This is a Lionel 318 0-4-0 Powered Electric Locomotive from 1924-32. Features include tinplate construction, a motor, a reverse unit, operating lights, latch couplers and metal wheels. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good. One wheel has been replaced, and the other three are brittle and chipped.
