The PRR decals have cracked. The gold pinstripe, road name, and numbers have faded and show nicks. There are scratches, nicks, and wheel wear along the body of this locomotive. There are spots of surface rust on the metal pantographs and metal components. The overall appearance of this locomotive may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. Even though this vintage GG-1 Locomotive has some imperfections, it is still in great shape for its age and it will make an im. Lionel 2360 Vintage O Pennsylvania GG-1 Powered Electric Locomotive -Type IV.This is a Lionel 2360 Pennsylvania GG-1 Powered Electric Locomotive from 1962-63. The 2360 was the last of the Postwar Era GG-1s.
Features include dual motors, a reverse unit, lights on both ends, working pantographs that raise and lower and an operating horn. It can be wired to accept power from overhead catenary wires. Type IV: In 1961 the tooling of the 2360 was changed so that the side ventilators were even in height rather than tier stepped along the body lines. The lettering and numbers are heat-stamped in gold while the solid stripe was rubber-stamped. Even though this vintage GG-1 Locomotive has some imperfections, it is still in great shape for its age and it will make an impressive addition to any collection!
