This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks, scratches and spots of paint loss throughout this model.

The brass trim pieces, axles, couplers and some of the internal components are tarnished and ab bit rusty. There is wear and tarnish on the wheels & pickups from previous use. Window inserts are not included with this Locomotive.
