American Flyer 1338 Blue Bird Set Prewar O Gauge 3113 Electric Locomotive w Cars
American Flyer Prewar O Gauge Blue Bird set. I think this would be set # 1338. Locomotive #3113, an RPO car, a coach and an observation car. They all show paint loss scratches, overall play wear and small dents. The coach has heavy damage on the roof and one of the sides is bent in.
The metal is pretty thin, so it could probably be bent out to make it look better. No light bulbs and the engine has not been run or tested. There are some rods sticking out of a little box on the underside of the engine.
That little box looks like it has been repaired or reinforced with some solder. One of the wheels on the geared side of the locomotive is cracked. I don't know a lot about trains of this age.
