Kato / Electra N Gauge Class 802 IET Trans Pennine Livery

This is a faithful representation of the Hitachi Class 802 units that work between Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. These 5-coach trans feature diesel and electric power with true go-anywhere capabilities. The model started life as a Kato GWR Green class 802 and has been re-liveried using Electra Rail vinyl overlays, which give an excellent finish.

The unit has been test run and performs smoothly with lights working both ends. The Kato model is DC only but can be fitted with DCC chips easily if required. The set comes in its original display book with a length of Kato track for display and a bits bag containing an coupling bar if you wish to run this in multiple with another IET.
